Priority Sign Post Services Pricing
EXPLANATION OF SIGN POST FEES
Standard Service Area Fee: $25*
This includes the installation and removal for posts installed in Melbourne, Suntree, Viera, Palm Bay, Merritt Island and the beach side communities.
Out-of Area Charges: $35*
In the event your listing is in an area that we sub-contract to, an "out-of-area" fee is substituted for the regular post fee. This slightly higher fee covers all gas, administrative and sub-contracting fees, including the removal of the post. These areas include Titusville and South of Malabar Road.
*The initial fee for an installation is good for the first 180 days from the date of installation. After 180 days you will be billed a renewal fee of only $10.00 per post, for each additional 180 day period.
Additional Fees
At Priority Sign-Post Services we provide an assortment of riders, or you can use your own rider and we will install it at no charge, if installed with the post.

1If you provide us with your rider or brochure box, we will install them at no additional fee. Just leave them at the home, somewhere we can find.

a rider sign on the post after the initial installation (example:

Reduced", or "Just Sold") or if if you want a brochure
holder or other equipment added after the sign has been installed.
